Bieber celebrated his 18th birthday last Friday, March 2 with a surprise party thrown by his manager Scooter Braun and mom Patti Mallette at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, but he reportedly couldn't get his hand off his songstress girlfriend throughout the night.

　　"He was all over Selena the whole time, walking her around by the hand," one inside source informed us weekly. "He kept kissing her. It's clear she was the best part of the night for him. He is still so in love with her." Gomez was actually busy filming "Spring Breakers" in Florida, but flew to Los Angeles specially to help Bieber celebrate his big milestone.
