It's no secret that his presence creates
instant chaos, and Justin Bieber tried to preempt any major craziness when
announcing a free concert in Olso, Norway today .
Spotted clad in a purple jacket looking
out at the crowd of gathered fans, the "Boyfriend" singer took to his Twitter
account to share the good news, but also warned his fans to stay civil and not
hurt anyone.
Justin tweeted, "I don't want anyone
getting hurt. I want everything to go to plan but your safety must come
first."
He continued, "For the show to happen u
must all listen to the police. We are all concerned for your safety and i want
what is best for u. please listen and tonight we will have some fun."
This will be Bieber's first public
appearance since his alleged scuffle with a paparazzo over the
weekend.
